If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return a JoytauFashion product, we will happily exchange or refund you within 14 days of the date your package arrives.

Product must be in unworn condition. Must be in its original condition.

90 days warranty
JoytauFashion offers a 90-day warranty on all products. If your product is damaged within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it on a one-time basis. Please email photos of your products to asseserv@gmail.com.com within 90 days. We will send you a brand new product
Please note: Your replacement product may take 7-10 business days to ship.

After 90 days, there will be a $15 fee for all repairs.

Shipping
We charge a flat fee of $4 for all domestic orders under $60. Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days and shipped via USPS First Class, which typically takes 5-12 days to arrive.

Free USPS First Class domestic shipping on orders over $60.

International customers:

USPS First Class International (delivery within 7-12 business days).
International shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
